In 1992, Robert K. Corrieri received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Bentley College, Waltham, MA and became a Massachusetts licensed real estate salesperson.
In 1993, Robert became a Massachusetts licensed real estate appraiser.
Since 1994, Robert has been an approved appraiser with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Federal Housing Administration (FHA).
Since 1996, Robert has been a Notary Public of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
In 1997, Robert was awarded the ‘1997 New England Area, Employee of the Year’ by Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts, Inc., Boston, MA.
During 1995-1998, Robert continued his education; and, in 1998, received a Diploma in Real Estate Studies from Boston University, Boston, MA and a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from Boston University, Boston, MA.
In 2000, Robert quit his job and created Corrieri & Company, Inc., a Massachusetts residential real estate appraisal company.
Since 2001, Robert has been a member of the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers (MBREA.org), Dedham, MA. Membership binds Robert to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Practice and Conduct.
In 2004, Robert upgraded his Massachusetts real estate appraisal license from ‘State Licensed’ to ‘Certified Residential’ and purchased a small office building at 53 Cleverly Court, Quincy, MA.
In 2006, Robert purchased 21A Elm Road, Devens, MA.
In 2007, Robert became a Massachusetts licensed real estate broker and re-named his residential real estate appraisal company; Request for Appraisal.com.
In 2008, Robert created Be Happy! Realty; a Massachusetts residential real estate brokerage company, and designed, created and launched a website: requestforappraisal.com.
In 2009, Be Happy! Realty became a Massachusetts licensed real estate broker.
In 2010, Robert designed, created and launched two (2) websites: behappyrealty.com and my.behappyrealty.com.
